Below: The 3-panel instruction sheet on thin glossy paper measures
7 3/4 x 4 1/2" (19.8 x 14.4 cm) when opened, as shown.
When folded (as it was in the box), the far-right panel forms the cover and the
middle panel the back.
Below: The bottom text from the middle panel, above, which gives a coyright date
and at least a rough date for this box.

Copyrights and dates on early American tampon boxes and contents are rare. I
suspect many applicator tampons were not copyrighted or patented because of the Tampax patent.
