The Nerve!!
Flyer for Kotex Dispenser Offer - Sent to Tampax!!

Kotex, maker of menstrual pads and tampons, had the cheek to send this "flyer" offering a free dispenser for its pads to Tampax in 1968;
Tampax should have smacked their face! It was as if a Catholic nun were to tack a schedule for mass to the bulletin board of a Baptist church!

Tambrands, the successor to Tampax, donated this flyer to MUM. It's duly dated and has file notations by a Tampax hand.
(Tambrands donated it to this museum, finally getting rid of it! There - that's that!) Below is the address side of the four-page item - proof positive!
